Happy new Year from LeTip CCE! In 2011, 863 tips were generated resulting in over $525,000 in revenue!! Your business CAN be a part of this!

The new year is all about passion. Scott Brown, James Brown Plumbing and Heating, is passionate to get his clients to save money on energy bills and more efficient heating this winter. Coverting from oil to gas is very simple and he can provide this service. He explained the cost effective ways to use some of the system already in place in homes and convert. His passion is to stand behind everything he does, so you do not call him in the middle of the night, freezing.

Sue Bullock, Tuttle Marketing Service, presented a "WOW" talk about her passion, naming what is your passion. What makes you different from your competitors, what can get others to SEE you, and what you want people to know about you, is the foundation of her business. Specializing in focusing on a message through promotional products that says you are different, and getting your clients to remember you, is what Sue is all about. Great talk!

February 7 will be our first Business Mixer of the New Year. Open to any business interested in growing and getting new leads.

Quote of the Week: "I am not bound to win, but I am bound to be true. I am not bound to succeed, but I am bound to live by the light that I have. I must stand with anybody that stands right, and stand with him while he is right, and part with him when he goes wrong."Abraham Lincoln

One month is gone for 2012.  But business is good in Lettip CCE!

Our first  speaker was Mike Dunn, Preservation Tree, showing us a short informational video of "vertical mulching", using a custom made compost formula to enrich the delicate root system of a large diseased tree.  One no longer has to just wait for a tree to die, but Mike can feed nutrients to the roots and extend the life of trees.  A wonderful service to keep all trees on your property alive and well.

SLCI, owner Dieter Enz, is the Ultimate Boutigue painting company.  Dieter is an internationallly known and globally traveled painter, whose experience spans three continents.

A specialist in space perceptions, harmony, color and design.  Dieter outlined his latest venture, the beginnings of a foundation to bring aesthetics and harmony to communities through art and color.

Next week is  our business mixer, open to anyone interested in growing their business.  Come visit, reserve your space today!

While pitchers and catchers show up For Phillie's spring training, LeTip CCE is  pitching business and catching great leads!

In his usual candid manner, James Hope of Gateway Mortgage emphasized the importance of knowing who you are doing business with when getting a mortgage. Make sure you sign with a reputable, licensed direct lender for the best results. The services offered by Gateway Mortgage will allow the client to relax and know they are in the best hands.

With tax season upon us, Don Myers, JDNB Tax books, revealed his list of The "Dirty Dozen" tax scams one may encounter , IF you do not go with someone who can inform you about them.  Very interesting talk about the trends of tax scams from identity theft, pfishing, return preparer fraud, to padding the information given on a tax return.  Consequences can be deadly, and a good accountant will inform you about red flags.

It is election time for LeTip CCE and a new board will soon take over.  It is proven that getting involved with the chapter through committees and board positions yields more tips.  Consider getting involved as part of growing your business.

Quote of the week: My father taught me always to do more than you get paid for as an investment in your future. Jim Rohn

Spring is in the air, The Phillies reported to camp, but here at LeTip we are going to bat for our members to grow their business!

Our first speaker was Susan Salvo, Arts and Architecture, who uses one factor to gain success with her clients.  She listens.  She is the diplomat and orchestra leader to get her clients wishes in building form, offering solutions for their living space, and creating a lifestyle for them that is functional and relaxing. From developing the blueprints, to negotiating with townships for permits, to the final nail in place, Susan oversees the entire project to insure her clients happiness.

Martin Ritter, General Contractor, follows in the footsteps of Susan.  After she has the plans, he executes the project.  He also is a problem solver and his integrity and honesty reflects in the buildings, remodels, additions, and upgrades any homeowner would want to have. When Martin is on your team, you are guaranteed a quality home or living space, just as if it were his own.

LeTip CCE is having their general elections this month.  Offering your time to contribute your talents in the group is a great way to gain more exposure and build your level of confidence interacting with people, communicating, and learning to expand your business. There are many spokes to the wheel of the group and each person's contribution is valuable and keeps the wheel from getting squeaky, and running smoothly.

Quote for the week: It is not only fine feathers that make fine birds." Aesop

Each week two people get in front of the group to speak about their business, and give their sales force ideas to gain  new clients and leads.  Our first speaker was George Scherbak, Harvey Insurance, carrying an umbrella to the front of the room and talking about.....Umbrella Policies for Insurance! Using real life situations sobered the group to really consider contacting George to see if their situation is covered.  " Ask someone you trust" is what George requests, and he delivers!

George Slata, MAG Home Maintenance Services, informed the group that experience is what counts when doing a job.  Older homes have a personality of their own, and being familiar with their structures is very important.  If a contractor doesnt understand that older homes need a little more attention, sometimes there is more harm than good.  George Slata has the experience to tackle temperamental home repairs.

Thayer Smith, Our newest member and Architectural Renovation Artist, gave a wonderful inpromtpu talk about what he does.  It its apparent he loves his work, and came through the ranks learning from the masters of his trade. His creativitiy shows in all he does putting Longwood Gardens Music Room and many other renovations he has done on his list. Plaster, poloymers, ironwork, and historican restorations are his fancy and he's good!

Nominations for the board were taken, and the new board will be voted in and up and running April 1st.

Quote for the week: "Happiness lies in the joy of achievement and the thrill of creative effort." Franklin Roosevelt

March 20, the first day of spring, where everything is growing.  Would you like to grow your business? LeTip CCE has openings in categories such as IT Technician, Health, Life and Disability, Financial Planner, and Printer, among more. Consider having twenty or more people putting the word out about what you do and getting you to grow your business! As our speakers pointed out, making changes makes for great opportunities

Thayer Smith, Architecture and Art Group followed up from his talk last week with a charming demonstration about plaster, and how it works. He provided Examples of his artwork, and an excellent technical explanation of his trade.  From the copy, to a custom mold to the finished piece, plaster renderings are a beautiful touch to the architecture of your home or business building.

Jack Ansley, from the John H Ansley Portrait Studios, mused about the evolution of photography. An article from the Wall Street Journal several years ago, commented on the "state of the picture" and the Eastman Kodak company dismissing the digital age as one that would not last. Their refusal to keep up with changes has now seen  them bankrupt.  How sad. Jack embraces the changes in his industry, from 67 years ago when black and white was the norm, Jack's studio now offers digital enhancement of documents, old photos, and still can sit with a family and go over many photos at his computer to offer them the best memory. Embrace changes to look for opportunities.

Quote of the week: Small opportunities are often the beginning of great enterprises." Demosthenes

April 2.  LeTip CCE welcomed a new board, and excited for a very productive year!  Become a member and watch your business grow!

Our first speaker was Mike Dunn of Preservation Tree informing us of the four pillars of his company: Integrity, Education, Communication and preserving the environment.  Planting and landscape mangement is a service he also offers, and it is the time of the year to plan out what foliage will work the best in your yard.  Knowing where to plant will insure happy trees!

Dieter Enz, SCLI, is not just a painter, he is a SERIOUS painter!  His passion and education is reflected in his work, and the comments that his clients make about him proves that he is the expert in his field.

Having perfect attendance for the quarter is no easy feat! LeTipCCE acknowledges Don Meyer, JBND Taxbooks, and Scott Darling, Remax, for their perfect attendance in the first quarter of 2012.

A new Quarter, Spring is here, new start and new growth.  Why not consider trying out something new for your business?  We have a list of the Top 50 categories that thrive with the influence of LeTip.  You could be one of them!

Our first speaker was Sue Bullock, of Tuttle Marketing, probably one of the most talented members in LeTip CCE.  17 Years in the business of promotional products, Sue built her company totally on word of mouth.  She recommends always to have a tag line for your logo, and think of any way possible to get the word out there.  The key to getting the best out of marketing products is to have something so useful your clients will use it, and to have such a unique product that they will never forget you.  Sue is the absolute master at thinking of the most creative ways to "get you out there".

Scott Brown of James Brown Plumbing and Heating is the guru of techno-marketing his business.  He creates a 3-D presentation for each client, displaying the entire project of the system they are getting, from the bare bones to the fnished product.  He educates his clients about the exact process, and there are no questions as to what they are getting.  Visual education is they key to understanding the heating, air conditioning, or radiant flooring that the client is ordering.

Quote of the week: If you want to succeed you should strike out on new paths, rather than travel the worn paths of accepted success.  John D. Rockefeller

Imagine a new patio, with fire pit, grill station, pond waterfall, surrounded by beautiful landscaping...it could happen!

Quote of the week: The man who has no imagination has no wings. -Muhammad Ali

Our meeting began with a somber moment of reflection for all those affected by the events of 9/11, and in remembrance.

Our first speaker is a newly appointed member, Rich Zellers, with Prime Lending. As a commercial lender, Rich took us through the steps of mortgages.  His goal is to tailor a mortgage to your needs, and personal attention with integrity is his focus.  One can obtain a mortgage for even as little as $100 down.  Rich explained the FHA programs, and revealed a benefit of a 203k, which allows a new FHA homeowner to add as much as $35,000 to their mortgage for future repairs and improvements on a new home. With this innovative program, owning a home can be for everyone! Rich is the one to set it up and help you obtain your dream.

On the heels of Rich was Scott Darling, of Remax, who took us through the complicated steps of a short sale.  Scott is a CDPE - Certified Distressed Property Expert, and his approach to something that could seem overwhelming becomes simple. With His knowledge of the ins and outs of  an unstable economy,  a short sale can be an option for some sellers.  Although it can be a long termed solution, Scott's knowledge outlines all of the options, and could offer relief for sellers who may be in this position. They can be assured that Scott will follow through to make this transition smooth.

After months of planning, the Big Awesome Mixer has come to fruition!  Don Meyer and Greg Cazillo have put in countless hours to present the largest Mixer in the history of LeTip!  On September 20 at 5:30 pm, The Wyndam Hotel becomes the Networking event of the year! Five Chapters from this area will be present to meet their sister chapters and to welcome any business owner who would like to know how to grow their business. Meeting over 150 people could be a good start.  If you think your business needs more exposure, think no further and join us for a great evening.  You may RSVP by September 19.

The BAM Big Awesome Mixer was a complete success with nearly one hundred people gathering together to network and meet new friends, leads, and get some great advice for their businesses. Many thanks to Greg Cazillo and Don Meyer for organizing the biggest Letip  event on the East Coast. If you missed the opportunity to get to know others who can grow your business, no worries. Any LeTip meeting is open to new people, Join us!

Our Public Adjuster, Steve Feinstein, spoke to the group about the advantages of using a public adjuster to settle your property claims with the insurance companies.  Having an inside advantage of how insurance claims are processed, with Steve, one can be assured that their claim will get the important attention to details.  He is able to translate what may be stated on a claim to use to the home owners advantage and gain the best return.

While being audited by the IRS is no laughing matter, the signature sense of humor with Don Meyer, JBND Tax Books, revealed that having a professional tax interpreter can give one peace of mind.  Don gave tips on how to deal with an IRS audit, now becoming very popular with those who submit Schedule C with their returns.  Don advised the best way to keep books, save receipts, and noted that a good tax accountant will warn his clients when they may be in the "red zone" of calling attention to themselves with improper bookkeeping. His excellent candid delivery will make it easy to send clients his way who may have concerns about their taxes.

Each month the LeTip CCE holds a "Lunch Bunch", an informal gathering of members for lunch or happy hour.  This is a great opportunity to join with other members in a social situation, outside of business, and get to know each other better. Just one of the many things LeTip CCE does to connect with all members and stay in touch.

While small financial considerations are necessary to keep members on their toes about getting leads for others, there are also some cool financial rewards. This quarter any member who brings in a new member will receive a cash reward! That's real dollars in your pocket!

On the day after Veterans Day we were honored with the presence of many guests, and listened to our newest members speak of their business.  Ron Gamble, of Liberty Mutual, revealed some of the many programs his company offers to clients. If you have employees, Liberty Mutual has many benefit packages to employees, offering them discounts for their home and auto insurance. Some of the many personal services include add ons for catastrophic loss to your home, or auto insurance coverage for total loss, replacement for a new vehicle , and even an "employee parking guard". Should you suffer vandalism or a parking lot accident, there is a reduced deductible to help you get back on your feet. Liberty Mutual has programs custom built for your needs, and Ron is happy to help!

Rich Zellers, Prime Lending, is a refinancing specialist.  Rates may be going up, do you need to get information to refinance your home?  Would you like to make repairs or put on an addition?  Rich will go over the reasons for you to refinance and then decided what is best for your situation. Sometimes just a little coaching to see if you can adjust your budget and get ahead by adding on more payment per year. Rich is excited to help his clients get ahead in this market.

Veronica Henson, Adelphi Promotions, is our newest member within the promotional products category. Her intriguing quiz and question talk made us realize the importance of branding our logo on many different items. What makes her business so special is that one does not need to order 100 items for a price break, as little as 7 embroidered polos will get your name out there, even one jacket would get you started to have people recognize your brand, as you wear it everywhere! Her enthusiasm is contagious, and with the hundreds of different items, your business will get the exposure you need to flourish!

George Evagelou, Saki Electric, is the half of a father and son team that keeps the lights on in Chester County. 100% satisfaction from his clients is a hard to beat track record. Letip CCE also welcomes our two newest members : Dave Warner, Forever Dry Waterproofing contractor and Randy Herring, Paychex.

Quote for the week:
Entrepreneurs and their small enterprises are responsible for almost all the economic growth in the United States.
Ronald Reagan

While the weather is ice cold, the leads at LeTip CCE are red hot.  Today revealed 24 tips and potential opportunities for members to put dollars in their pockets.

Randy Herring, of Paychex takes all of the personal experiences from his former jobs to create his role and help his clients with payroll processing.  He knows from both sides of the paycheck, how to accurately pay your employees, insurance and workman's comp issues, to the proper tax forms to file at the end of the year. He can help a company as little as ONE person, and can save a business a lot of time and headache by taking over their payroll processing.

If a storm came, and a tree fell on your house, you would call your insurance company and start the process for a claim.  But what if you had a public adjuster, with a law degree, who knew the insurance company's policies and loopholes, and could get you up to 40% more for your damages? That would be Steve Feinstein, the public adjuster in the group. His expertise can make a devastating property loss a lot easier to take!

Faith is taking the first step even when you don't see the whole staircase.  -Martin Luther King, Jr.

LeTip CCE is excited to host a video conference with Kim Marie Pettit, the CEO of LeTip International on March 12.  This is the FIRST EVER event of it's kind, and has never been done before! Kim Marie will join LeTip CCE by video from Arizona to answer questions about LeTip, improving our chapter, and how to reinforce our sales leads. Her enthusiasm is contagious, so watch out! In a constant effort to improve our chapter for our members, Greg Cazillo, website designer and the chapter Inspector, has created this event and it promises to be a refreshing morning.

Each meeting, we are honored to have two members talk about their businesses. Scott Silberman, of KM Gardens, landscaping and design, presented a wonderful slide show of his most recent works.  Located in Downingtown, they will travel to clients all over the Chester County area.  Scott's wife, Kristin, is the expert in native plants, what will do well in your area, and her designs invite nature to join in. When she creates your garden, you will find year round blooms, even in winter! And the word gets out to all of nature that they can thrive.  Soon your garden will see birds, butterflies, bees, aquatic animals in your ponds, and happiness that a natural environment will create.  Scott is the expert in hardscaping, creating patios, steps, ponds, and walls that are stunning! Create your heaven in your backyard with KM Gardens.

Sue Scales, Hands Down Massage, is located in Downingtown. She spoke about the teamwork needed for muscles, how all muscles work, and the importance of massage to encourage those muscles to balance one's body.  Are you sore from too much yardwork, a weekend of sports, or from having to sit at your desk? Chances are that only one side of the team of muscles worked hard.  Sue will balance your body back to working as a team.  Her studio is very peaceful, with proper feng shui, to guarantee you a prosperous visit! She will give new meaning to the word "Mmmmmm".

Quote for the week:
Commitment is a big part of what I am and what I believe. How committed are you to winning? How committed are you to being a good friend? To being trustworthy? To being successful? How committed are you to being a good father, a good teammate, a good role model? There's that moment every morning when you look in the mirror: Are you committed, or are you not?

LeBron James

Business NetworkingThe big screen was set up, the tests done, and there it was!  Kim Pettit Branch, the president of LeTip International was on the big screen from headquarters in Arizona.  As our featured speaker for two hours, LeTip CCE was treated to a dynamic, energetic and informative town hall set up.  The FIRST ever of it's kind, Ms Pettit Branch was beamed in to offer her experiences and candor to help our members thrive. Each member took their turn to ask Kim a question concerning any issue in LeTip.

Her LeTip beginnings were humble and very much like any one of our members. She consistently "failed" for seven months, trying to figure out how LeTip could work for her. She declined offers to join a meeting until one day her mechanic asked her if she would like to increase her business tenfold.  That stuck with her and she joined. From then on she tried everything to grow her business as a banker. After several profitable years,  She retired from banking, and purchased the LeTip company in 2005. Voted one of the Top Ten Women in Business, she has returned the company to it's grass roots, and is passionate about helping all members get the most that they can out of LeTip.

Now that spring is here, it may be a perfect opportunity to refresh your business, and look at where you can make improvements and "put more dollars in your pocket". There are many open categories and your business may fit right into one of them. Join a meeting on Tuesday morning and see how others can help your business grow!

Jack Ansley, of Ansley Portrait Studios in Devon, is celebrating his 66th year in photography.  Started by his father, Jack has been involved with the studio since a child.  They were the first color studio on the east coast, and have seen the many historical changes in photography from black and white, film, to color, and the transition to digital in 2002.   While smartphones and computers now hold the memories of our lives, there is still no replacement for a physical photograph.  Jack does printing on site, and can handle any size up to 44 inches by seven FEET! Keeping up with the latest technology is easy. Simply emailing your photo to Jack and within days can turn it into a poster, table cloth, banner, canvas transfer, or a simple photo ready to frame. Let decades of historical experience work for you at Ansley Studios.

Quote for the week:
Excellence is an art won by training and habituation. We do not act rightly because we have virtue or excellence, but we rather have those because we have acted rightly. We are what we repeatedly do. Excellence, then, is not an act but a habit.

He showed us the small air quality monitor that his company uses in both homes and businesses to measure temperature, humidity, pollutants, and other conditions of the air inside a building. We viewed several pages of a report that Scott's company had performed for a local business, using graphs, charts, and colors to help illuminate the critical issues and recommended actions to make the air more comfortable and healthier to breathe. Quote for the week: "To give real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity" (Douglas Adams). Make it a great week!

there is life after Tax Day. The majority of the members of LeTip Chester County East met for the weekly breakfast, even our accountant, Don Meyer from JBND Tax Books (www.jbndtaxbooks.com). In fact, several members personally expressed their gratitude for his assistance with their 2012 tax returns and gave testimonials to recommend his accounting services to the rest of the group.

The meeting began with our speaker of the week, Greg Cazillo, our chapter's web designer (www.cazillo.com). Greg showed us some "before and after" website designs to help us see how he can improve site navigation and help people who visit the site to easily find what they are looking for. First, potential customers need to find our websites, and Greg reminded us of the importance of continuing to feed fresh content into our sites in order to rank higher in web searches. Once someone finds us, our websites could have great information about products or services, but if it's too difficult for site visitors to find the information they want, they'll give up and take their business somewhere else. Greg is highly skilled in creating websites that are "findable" and easy to use. This is what we want, so that visitors will stay, read, click, and connect with us.

Since April 16 was the third Tuesday of the month, we also heard visitation reports from many members of the group. The better we know each other and can speak about what everyone does, the easier it is to Tip each other and find ways to help grow all of our businesses. We can put "Dollars in our Pockets" and also feel good about helping each other.

Quote for the week: "No one can whistle a symphony. It takes a whole orchestra to play it" (H.E. Luccock).

Jen Maggiore, of Fitness for Women, is a certified  holistic health coach specializing in weight management.  She spoke on Tuesday about the biggest block to any diet---sugar.  Very sobering to know that most people consume Five ponds of sugar each week! Jen coaches anyone who would like to become healthier, and manage their weight naturally, with real foods.  She educates her clients on how to read labels, how to shop properly and how to make meals to fit into one's individual lifestyle.  Using a "taking small bites for big results" approach, and slowly changing ones habits, her program is a success!

LeTip CCE has category openings for you!  Why not learn how to grow your business, and put more dollars into your pocket?  Time tested and proven networking results, LeTip CCE works hard as your sales force to get you to the top of your game!

Quote of the week:
If you don't design your own life plan, chances are you'll fall into someone else's plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much.
Jim Rohn

Each week a member  gets to have ten minutes to speak about their business, explain goals that they may have, and how they want to move their business forward.  It is a wonderful opportunity to hone public speaking skills in a familiar environment, and also to inform the members to become their own personal sales force.

Kim Delaney, Penn Liberty Bank, spoke about the future of banking in an electronic age. The days of taking time to go to the bank may be over.  A good bank will recognize the need for off hour banking through the internet and mobile devices.  Penn Liberty is very sensitive to the needs of their clients.  Kim explained the "Check 21" government guidelines for banks to follow, allowing freedom of cash checking through fast return on checks, quicker money in the hands of businesses, and security procedures when taking images of checks. Penn Liberty also honors any checks drawn on their bank for processing, whether one has an account or not.   Nice......  The future of banking is within the customer service at Penn Liberty.

Lonnie Cooper from the Rate Kings Mortgage of West Chester is our newest member and graced the LeTip CCE group with an informative talk about the mortgage lending process. The process of applying for a mortgage can be simplified with an educated and professional representative.  Lonnie's frank and down to earth talk explained that information gathered at the beginning of a lending process will tell him and the client just what they are getting into. His expertise will reveal the red and yellow flags that an underwriter will look for, as he walks his clients through the process. Getting a loan for a new house, re-fi, or obtaining anything with the word "mortgage" is in the proficient hands of Lonnie and the Rate Kings.  Rated as one of the top  mortgage companies in the country.

Can you imagine spending 90 minutes on a Tuesday morning could change your whole business? Join us for a meeting and see how a fun group of people can put dollars in your pocket.

QUOTE FOR THE WEEK:
Formula for success: rise early, work hard, strike oil.  -J. Paul Getty

For the last meeting of October, LeTip Chester County East welcomed two guests representing the categories of Landscaper and Carpentry Contractor. We also voted in a new member: Kallee Grube of Clear View Home Solutions, representing the category of home improvement (windows, siding, roofing, doors).

The speaker at this meeting was Greg Cazillo (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). He told us about some of the recent changes and technological improvements that he has made, so the websites he works on can be faster. Greg is now using three servers instead of one, plus there is a separate database server. Faster and more efficient processing means that visitors to your website will find what they need quickly and not become frustrated, waiting for information to load, and decide to leave your site and do business with someone else. Greg reminded us that our two most important means of connecting with potential (and existing) customers are websites and social media. Please contact Greg for assistance with either or both of these forms of customer engagement.

Our showboater was Martin Ritter (mritterconstruction.com), our General Contractor. He provided an attractive display of photos to show us several of the projects he has worked on. At this time of year, he is focusing on jobs that would be indoors, so please think of him for any interior remodeling, construction of railings, etc.

Quote for the week: "All lasting business is built on friendship."--Alfred A. Montapert

For the first meeting of the month, LeTip Chester County East welcomed two guests representing the categories of Insurance LHD and Carpentry Contractor. We also voted in a new member: Eric Sacco of Kee Scaping, representing the category of Landscaping. The speaker at this meeting was Anthony Latino. Anthony gave everyone a brief history of how he started in the computer repair business. Anthony explained the services he provides from computer cleanup to printer setup to iPhone and iPad repairs. Anthony has the ability of logging into computers remotely which he prefers in order to save his clients time and money. Please contact Anthony for assistance with any computer, mobile device or networking issues you may have.

Our showboater was Scott Brown (Scott Brown), our HVAC professional and President. He displayed the newest technologies in home thermostats. Scott explained how the thermostats can now be controlled through mobile devices while you are away from home. There was also a handheld thermostat that will track the temperature and adjust the temperature from any location in your home. Please contact Scott for more information on thermostats or if you need your systems tuned up for winter.

LeTip Chester County East had two guests on November 12, 2013, representing the business categories of life/health/disability insurance and remodeling contractor. Frank Grube, husband of Kallee Grube from Clear View Home Solutions (www.clearviewhomesolutions.com), also visited with us. Frank and Kallee work together to provide energy efficient home improvements.

In fact, Kallee Grube was our speaker, and she brought some samples of windows, siding colors and materials, and door colors and materials so we could see the many options that Clear View Home Solutions can provide. Kallee and Frank sell home improvements materials and then work with highly skilled and credentialed installers. Kallee emphasized that her approach to sales is more consultative than many other home improvement providers. When she meets with a customer, she wants to ensure that she provides education and information, and then she is happy to let the customer have time to think and make the best decision, as opposed to using tactics to force the sale and leave with a job and payment at the end of every home visit. Kallee would prefer to have high customer satisfaction, and she feels that this is best achieved through building rapport and refusing to pressure the customer. So we can all free free to schedule a consultation and know that we will learn more adn receive help to make the best possible choice for our needs.

Our showboater was Sue Scales from Hands Down Massage & Bodywork (www.handsdown.abmp.com), and she brought samples of massage gift certificates as well as body care products that can be paired with certificates for holiday gift-giving.

Next week, November 19, will be the third Tuesday of the month and will feature our visitation reports for the month of November.
