Sue Scales, LMT, is the owner of Hands Down Massage & Bodywork in Downingtown, PA. She uses a variety of techniques, including Swedish massage, deep tissue work, cross fiber friction, reciprocal inhibition, and myofascial release. Every client has different goals and preferences for their massage session, and Sue listens carefully to each client before beginning treatment. She tailors her massage techniques to address the client’s individual needs and concerns.
