LeTip Chester County East (CCE) continues to move and shake, having voted in two new members today! Welcome to Nive Dhanak of JBND Tax Books which provides bookkeeping, tax and small business services; and Philip Koberg of Selective Tileworks which provides custom design and installation of natural stone and ceramic tile. We look forward to sending many qualified leads your way!
Our first speaker today was Teri West of Superior Mortgage, our only mortgage consultant. Teri has close to 14 years experience in the mortgage consulting business. She works with clients the old-fashioned way by providing personalized, one-on-one attention. Teri guarantees a smooth mortgage process and personally attends the closing with her clients. She also offers credit report counseling, a very important step to any prospective home buyer. Teri is interested in working with new home buyers or with homeowners who are interested in upgrading.
Our second speaker was Gary Siano of NEXT Financial, with Gary’s personal brand as Guided Wealth Management. Gary, who has over 25 years experience in financial planning services, is an independent agent through NEXT Financial which is the fastest growing supplier of independent providers. He is a Certified Financial Planner who provides services to a broad array of clients – from young married couples to retired individuals. He was recently named in an independent survey by Philadelphia Magazine as a “5-Star Wealth Manager” in the region.
Congratulations to everyone for an excellent tip count this week: 2 inter-chapter, 9 inside, and 13 outside tips. Great job everyone!
Mark Your Calendars!:
1. Gary Siano has scheduled our next Lunch Bunch for Wednesday, October 28th at the Riverstone Café in Exton at 11:30am. Hope to see you there!
2. Our next Quarterly Business Mixer will be held on December 8th. Our Mixer Chair, Craig Constable – our only Life, Health & Disability Insurance pro – will provide us with details soon.
Another busy morning at LeTip Chester County East (CCE). Welcome back to our two guests today who also attended our Quarterly Business Mixer last month: Nive Dhanak of JBND Tax Books which provides bookkeeping, tax and small business services; and Philip Koberg of Selective Tileworks which provides custom design and installation of natural stone and ceramic tile.
Our first speaker today was Dave Johnson of Hound Dog Hardwood Flooring, our only industry-certified, hardwood floors expert. Dave has been beautifying living spaces for over 13 years, providing top-quality hardwood refinishing and installation services. Hound Dog Hardwood strives at leaving every client speechless by the beauty of the floor, and offers a variety of creative floor services including “digital effects.” Dave also offers a life-time warranty.
Our second speaker was Melanie Palubicki of Aflac. In summary, Aflac pays you cash when you get hurt and miss work – so you can continue to pay for everyday living expenses. Aflac offers a range of policies for both employers and individuals, including Dental and Vision. The benefits are predetermined and paid regardless of any other insurance you have. And clients get paid within two weeks of submitting a claim.
Congratulations to the top 3 LeTip CCE tippers from last month: #1 Scott Brown, our only HVAC expert; #2 Sue Bullock, our only Advertising Promotions specialist, and #3 Melanie Palubicki, our Aflac representative.
Also, kudos to Dave Johnson for taking on the role of “Seminar Director” of LeTip CCE. Yay!

Our first speaker today was Dieter Enz, our only professional painter with SLCI. Dieter discussed the power of “P” in his business, beginning with Preparation. Dieter works closely with his customers to articulate their expectations and then Provides them with the most beautiful custom color or the most creative yet functional home remodeling design. His Personalized way-of-working and artistic attention-to-detail is what makes him Passionate about what he does. SLCI customers also have the Peace-of-mind to know they are fully insured, licensed and bonded Professionals. And Pride is key – for Dieter as the applicator and for the homeowner as the recipient of his beautiful work.
Scott Darling, our only realtor with Re/Max, was our second speaker. Scott discussed the three “Ps” in real estate: 1. Put a sign in yard, 2. Put listing in MLS, and 3. Pray that it sells. What differentiates Scott is that he is a Proactive Listing Agent. For example, if a home is for sales in a certain development, he will send a “Just Listed” card to all the neighbors. The idea is that the neighbors may have a friend or family member who’s been wanting to move into that same neighborhood, so the “Just Listed” card prompts them to reach out to their friend or family member with Scott’s information. Scott also has about 14 Proactive Websites, which is especially important since 87% of people look on the Internet first for a home before contacting a realtor.
Qualified Sales Leads: Lots of tips this week - 4 inside, 8 outside, and 1 inter-chapter. Keep up the good work!

The kids are back in school, fall is in the air, and LeTip Chester County East (CCE) is busy putting dollars in our members’ pockets! We had the pleasure of two guests in attendance: Robin Conlon of Fast Frame Expert Picture Framing and returning guest George Scherbak of Harvey Insurance Group.
Our first speaker today was Susan Dykas, our only computer consultant with eBernie, Inc. Susan discussed the importance of implementing a backup solution for your home or business computer/laptop/network. According to Carbonite, every year 43% of computer users lose irreplaceable photos, emails, documents and financial records. With certain backup solutions, you can access your files (Word or Mac) for any location where there is Internet access. How convenient! And Carbonite is just one safe, secure and reliable solution that eBernie, Inc. can provide for you.
Our second speaker was Craig Constable of U Financial which offers Life, Health and Disability Insurance. Craig discussed the benefits of obtaining long-term life insurance, especially at a young age since the onset of chronic disease often begins in your 50s – which then makes it a bit more difficult to obtain the insurance. You can even take income on your life insurance under certain circumstances. Protect yourself and your loved ones by signing up for life insurance now – before it’s too late!
***Reminder: LeTip CCE has changed meeting locations, effective immediately. Starting Tuesday, October 6th we will be meeting at the Holiday Inn Express, 120 N. Pottstown Pike in Exton, PA. Please be sure to notify your previous guests.***
