Le Tip Le News

Hello Tippers! The sun is shining, the birds are chirping and LeTip Chester County East, the premier networking group of Chester County, is busy making deals! At our last meeting we had one guest – welcome to Martin Ritter of Martin H Ritter Construction Co. (general contractor), back for a 2nd visit.

SPEAKERSScott Brown of James Brown Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning and Jack Ansley of John H. Ansley Studio (portrait photography).

1st Speaker:  Scott B.’s presentation focused on how you can use less energy and save more money with various rebates, cash incentives and energy saving tips. For e.g, If you purchase an energy-efficient product or renewable energy system for your home, you may be eligible for a federal tax credit - 30% of cost up to $1,500 which expires 12/31. For more information, on this and other incentives, please view http://www.energystar.gov, http://www.pecosmartideas.com/, http://www.keystonehelp.com/, http://www.dsireusa.org/. A good lead for Scott is a home owner or property/facility manager who is interested in exploring energy saving initiatives for the home or office.

2nd Speaker:  Jack is interested in targeting office spaces in need of assistance with their decorating initiatives by selecting beautiful photos from Jack’s collection. Jack has over 3,000 stock photos that can be perused in selecting the right photos to display in the office space, based on the decorum. (And Bridget Hanley can frame these pictures. That’s 2 tips in 1!) Many of the photos are of Philly area scenes, so these pictures would be the perfect decorative touch for a local office space. A good lead for Jack is an office manager or facility manager of a local company that is moving into a new office space or is interested in re-decorating their existing office space.
