SPEAKERS: Susan Dykas of eBernie, Inc. (computer & I.T. services) and Nivé Dhanak of JBND Taxbooks (Bookkeeping & Tax Planning)
1st Speaker: Susan D. demonstrated Microsoft Hosted Exchange, a mobility solution for business leaders who find it important to be in sync with Outlook in real time. Whether BlackBerry, iPhone or Android user, business owners can keep their emails, calendar, contacts and tasks at hand. The real-time wireless synchronization allows you to be as efficient OUT of the office as in the office. A good lead would be lawyers and doctors.
2nd Speaker: Nivé discussed preparing for the 2010 tax season. Congress enacted 6 new tax laws in 2010, and local business owners will surely need the professional advice of the JBND team. A couple highlights include “medical insurance for employees” and “tax incentives to hire the unemployed.” Send your small business leads to Nivé!

Give, get, grow... repeat!™ . LeTip Chester County East, the Premier Professional Leads Organization™ of Chester County and beyond, meets every Tuesday morning. Visitors are invited! Listed below are recaps for the October 12 and October 19 meetings:
October 12 Recap
SPEAKERS: Scott Brown of James Brown Plumbing and HVAC and Craig Constable of U Financial (life insurance and health insurance).
1st Speaker: Scott B. spoke about Indoor Air Quality. He discussed the importance of properly setting thermostats that are programmable to maintain an environment that is not conducive for viruses, bacteria and mold. Anyone with concerns about the air that they breathe at work or at home is a perfect lead for Scott.
2nd Speaker: Craig provides life insurance policies to individuals and/or married couples. Some policies accumulate cash value. This offers a living benefit that can be used for emergencies and protected from lawsuits. Good referrals for Craig are high net worth individuals, like doctors and lawyers, who have more at stake and need to put more money aside.
TIP COUNT: 12 outside tips!
Welcome to guest Mason Cutler of Guardian ID Tech, Inc.
SPEAKERS: Mark Burkholder of Burkholder Brothers Landscaping and Greg Cazillo of @Cazillo Website Design
1st Speaker: Mark discussed his commercial services which include snow and ice control. A key component to the Burkholder difference is its Account Managers. Along with monitoring the crews to assure that quality standards are met, the designated Account Manager will proactively monitor the property and raise any issues. A good lead is an apartment complex or a shopping center.
2nd Speaker: Greg shared the different levels of Web-based engagement with your target audience. SEO or links to your site from other websites is the start. Design needs to be pleasing and catchy and Content needs to be compelling. Social Media and Newsletter links allow a prospect to follow and get regular updates. Contact forms and phone numbers lead to new clients. A good lead is any small business or non-profit.
