SPEAKERS: Mark Burkholder of Burkholder Brothers Landscaping and Greg Cazillo of @Cazillo Website Design
1st Speaker: Mark discussed his commercial services which include snow and ice control. A key component to the Burkholder difference is its Account Managers. Along with monitoring the crews to assure that quality standards are met, the designated Account Manager will proactively monitor the property and raise any issues. A good lead is an apartment complex or a shopping center.
2nd Speaker: Greg shared the different levels of Web-based engagement with your target audience. SEO or links to your site from other websites is the start. Design needs to be pleasing and catchy and Content needs to be compelling. Social Media and Newsletter links allow a prospect to follow and get regular updates. Contact forms and phone numbers lead to new clients. A good lead is any small business or non-profit.
TOP TIPPER IN SEPTEMBER: Congratulations to Scott Darling of Re/Max with 8 tips last month. Woo hoo!
