LeTip Chester County East met on Tuesday, October 27, 2015 at the Wyndham Garden Hotel in Exton, PA. Our showboater was Claudia Roemer from Ceiba Baskets and Gifts (website under construction). She displayed an example of a Halloween gift basket for a family. There were food and gift items for both adults and kids, with several items that would become keepsakes after the edible contents were consumed. Claudia aims to provide unique and enjoyable gifts for any occasion, working with a variety of price points.

Our speaker was our payroll specialist, Jacky Wilson (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). She began working at ADP three years ago and is currently a Senior District Manager. ADP is a $10 million payroll company, paying one in five Americans. Jacky personally works with small businesses that have between 1 and 100 employees. She can work with larger companies, and she will then joins force with another ADP representative. Jacky told us that ADP is really a Human Resource company, with payroll being only 10% of what they do. ADP helps employers to create job descriptions, provide help desk answers, perform background checks, provide HR tool kits (for hiring, firing, and disciplining employees), and composing employee handbooks and other important documents.
