Lonnie displayed the gifts that he offers to customers who obtain their mortgages with him (first mortgages or refinances) as well as information comparing rental payments versus mortgage payments.

Our speaker was Scott Brown, our heating and air conditioning contractor (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). Scott showed us photos of various projects that his company has worked on. He installed a high velocity system in the addition on a home. He showed us an example of the installation of radiant floor heating underneath hardwood flooring. Scott showed several photos of the stages of the installation of geothermal systems, including the drilling of vertical wells outside the home. Water will absorb heat from the ground or expel heat into the ground in these wells. Obviously, Scott can perform many types of work beyond the few he was able to show us in the photos.
