Our newest member.Scott Silberman, of KM Gardens, gives his wife and business partner a lot of credit for her outstanding landscape designs, but Scott's hardscaping is awesome!  Using natural PA bluestone as his favorite medium, his creations are one of a kind.  Both Kirsten and Scott supervise the entire project for their clients, with a goal of total satisfaction.  They design for four seasons of color in their use of native plants, and create four seasons of interest, so that even in the winter, there is color, berries, and habitat for wildlife. Imagine a new patio, with fire pit, grill station, pond waterfall, surrounded by beautiful landscaping...it could happen!

September 20th is a special date for LeTip, as we host the first ever multi chapter Business Mixer.  So far, four chapters in this area will be present for a evening of extreme networking, that is over 80 people to get to know!  All businesses are invited to showcase their business, meet new people, and make new connections. What an opportunity to expand your business.

Greg Cazillo, of Cazillo.com, the website manager of LeTip CCE, and many many others, spoke of the importance of email and website hosting.  A business should have their own name in their email, Greg can set that up.  Small tips from Greg as to how to refresh your website, and words you need to have on your homepage to enhance searches, so your business comes up on the first page of any search. Email newsletter are also a powerful tactic to get the word out about you!  Greg can help any business get started.

Scott Darling, of ReMax, gave a tutorial about 1031 Exchange programs to help investors offset gains taxes when dabbling in "like investments". How to manage gains on selling property, and to defer gains to enhance profit margins when investing.  His talk proved that Scott is an expert in his field, not only about real estate, but all subjects related. Having an informed and educated real estate agent will help the buyer and seller make good decisions.

Flaming enthusiasm, backed up by horse sense and persistence, is the quality that most frequently makes for success. -Dale Carnegie

A new Quarter, Spring is here, new start and new growth.  Why not consider trying out something new for your business?  We have a list of the Top 50 categories that thrive with the influence of LeTip.  You could be one of them!

Our first speaker was Sue Bullock, of Tuttle Marketing, probably one of the most talented members in LeTip CCE.  17 Years in the business of promotional products, Sue built her company totally on word of mouth.  She recommends always to have a tag line for your logo, and think of any way possible to get the word out there.  The key to getting the best out of marketing products is to have something so useful your clients will use it, and to have such a unique product that they will never forget you.  Sue is the absolute master at thinking of the most creative ways to "get you out there".

Scott Brown of James Brown Plumbing and Heating is the guru of techno-marketing his business.  He creates a 3-D presentation for each client, displaying the entire project of the system they are getting, from the bare bones to the fnished product.  He educates his clients about the exact process, and there are no questions as to what they are getting.  Visual education is they key to understanding the heating, air conditioning, or radiant flooring that the client is ordering.
