2nd Speaker: Sue enjoys working with a broad array of companies and schools that would like to increase brand awareness with logo’d promotional products. She shared with us anecdotes on the power of listening to friends, family, clients and colleagues to uncover leads for other LeTip members. A good lead for Sue is a business or athletic facility interested in setting themselves apart from their competition, as well as educational institutions that wish to express their school spirit in unique and exciting ways.

TIP OF THE WEEK: Here are 6 Ways to Wow Your Clients Before You Even Meet Them: 1. Send them a welcoming note – handwritten; 2. Send them a pre-meeting information kit; 3. Call 1-2 days before the meeting; 4. Make them feel welcome; 5. Serve them a beverage of their choice; 6. Have your assistant meet your clients first.
