LeTip Chester County East, the premier, referral networking group of Chester County, set the standard in the word-of-mouth referral industry. We had another great meeting on Tuesday with lots of tips being passed around…that means more dollars in our members’ pockets!

SPEAKERS:  Scott Darling of Re/Max Realtors and Craig Constable of U Financial

1st Speaker:  Scott D., our only residential realtor, discussed how he works with buyers in getting through the home buying process as efficiently as possible – from selecting the home to the inspection process, through to applying for a mortgage and scheduling the closing. A good lead is a homeowner who would like to upgrade.

2^nd Speaker:  Craig talked about life insurance and how some policies accumulate cash value, offering a living benefit that can be used for emergencies and protected from lawsuits. Good referrals for Craig are high net worth individuals, like doctors and lawyers, who have more at stake and need to put more money aside.
